Jennifer Kramer
Founder
Jennifer is certified by the Arizona Supreme Court to prepare and provide legal documents for individuals without an attorney. While a Legal Document Preparer is not a lawyer and cannot offer legal advice, nor are communications privileged, they may provide general factual information about legal rights, procedures, or options, as permitted by the Arizona Supreme Court.
As a dedicated legal professional, Jennifer is well-versed in specialized areas such as Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, Probate, Trust Settlement, and Real Estate and Property Transfer documents. She is also an Arizona State Licensed Fiduciary and Senior Advocate.
With over two decades of experience in business and law, Jennifer has developed strong expertise in managing cases involving probate, trust administration, real estate, family law, and business law. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Ferris State University.
Jennifer is an active member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, AZ Fiduciary Association, and a licensed real estate agent.
JENNIFER'S PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Jennifer has experienced firsthand the pain of deceit, disappointment, and greed in the most unexpected places.
Her grandfather, a hardworking farmer, spent his life building a legacy on over 1,000 acres of land. He accumulated savings over the years and set up financial instruments and bonds for his two daughters, leaving the land and farm equipment to his son. However, when he passed away, a shocking betrayal came to light. Jennifer’s uncle, using his power of attorney, had secretly changed the beneficiaries of the financial assets to his own three children, leaving the rest of the family unaware. Everything her grandfather had saved and built was gone.
This painful experience ignited Jennifer’s passion for helping others avoid similar heartbreak. She founded her independent paralegal firm, dedicated to guiding clients through the probate and trust process, minimizing hurt, and helping them focus on healing.

Jennifer brings over 20 years of expertise in probate and trust administration, real estate, family law, and business law. She earned her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Ferris State University.
Jennifer is a licensed real estate agent and actively participates in the paralegal division of the Maricopa County Bar Association. Her extensive background and professional affiliations allow her to provide clients with knowledgeable and reliable legal support, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
